14-Day Return Notice

For eligible distance purchases, customers may notify MAISON VARELYA of a return within 14 days after delivery, unless a legal exception applies.

Starting a Return

Email customer.support@maisonvarelya.com with your name, order number, the product concerned and a clear return request. Contact us before shipping any item so we can provide the correct instructions. Large furniture must not be sent without prior coordination.

Condition and Return Costs

The product must be returned complete with all accessories and assembly components. For a change-of-mind return, direct return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless more favorable terms are expressly provided. Large-item international return freight can be substantial.

If a product is defective, nonconforming, damaged in transit or different from the item ordered, contact us before returning it so the appropriate solution can be arranged.

Exceptions

Returns can be excluded where permitted by law, including for goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Refunds

After the returned goods are received and inspected, approved refunds are initiated within 14 days using the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Where permitted, the refund may be held until the goods are recovered or proof of return shipment is provided.
